Ronald Lim, a mechanical engineer, is a visionary entrepreneur known as the “Father of the Condotel.” In 1992, he pioneered the condotel concept, transforming the real estate and hospitality industries and generating significant employment. In 2002, he founded his development company, overcoming major financial challenges to successfully open Lancaster Hotel Manila in 2008.

Driven by innovation, Ronald later expanded into sustainable building solutions. Inspired by the eco-friendly stucco walls of his own hotel, he launched Mr. Lancaster Stucco in 2021, which evolved into Lancaster Stucco Corporation in 2023.

His journey took a deeply personal turn when he was diagnosed with liver cirrhosis. Through perseverance and hydrogen therapy, he regained his health—an experience that reshaped his purpose. This led to the creation of hydrogen wellness products and the birth of Hydrogen Man, a symbol of modern health and vitality.
